Born in Ukraine in 1991, Lina Yakobchuk is an artist and multidisciplinary designer based between Ukraine and Switzerland. She holds a Master’s degree in Digital Communication Environments from the Basel Academy of Art.

Her work explores migration, self-identification, body perception, overconsumption, everyday rituals, vernacular culture and the passage of time. In 2023, she founded Yako Moda, a recycling brand transforming parachutes into bags. She is part of art collective 380, promoting contemporary Ukrainian culture.
